We are available Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4pm PST.
Typically we catch equipment that is offline during our hours of operations, if your equipment goes down outside of these hours we will more than likely get it back online the following day, but you can always send us an email at support@zoomhash.com
Yes, we have the ability to provide public IPs if you are hosting a AI/GPU computer or a server, this feature is not available for mining customers. Public IP addressing will be an additional charge to your account, to know more about additional IP addressing please give us an email at support@zoomhash.com
For AI/GPU and server customers we provide a Wireguard VPN. We like Wireguard because it is a kernel module, which allows the VPN to be almost native network speed. Upon request we can look into alternatives, but our networking gear is currently setup to only handle Wireguard VPN connections.
